If you want to start operating as a supplier within Dropea, you must first request activation of this profile from your account.
🛠️ Activation request
- Change the account type from dropshipper to supplier from the dropea panel.
- Choose the market from which you will request activation (you must do this from the country where you want to activate the provider profile).
- Complete the supplier profile activation form.
- Click on "Request activation of the provider role" .
The request will be pending review by the relevant team.
📩 Important:
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email notification and can proceed with the next steps to complete your provider profile setup.
👥 If you already have an active dropshipper account
If you were already operating as a dropshipper on Dropea, some data will remain linked to your new supplier account:
- ✅ Your identity and phone number will appear verified.
- 🧾 You will only need to complete the billing details.
- 🏦 Set up the billing account.
- ✍️ Sign the corresponding contract.
You can upload new data or use data that has already been approved in another market.
🔐 Two-step verification:
The two-step authentication will be the same as the one you already have set up in your dropshipper profile.
🆕 If you only have one provider account
If you have only registered as a provider, you will need to complete all the initial setup steps :
- 👤 Identity verification.
- 📱 Phone verification.
- 🧾 Billing information.
- 🏦 Billing statement.
- ✍️ Contract signing.
- 🔐 Two-step verification setup.
