💳 Where can I see the initial €300 credit?
The initial €300 of credit offered by Dropea is held within the Reserves , but is not visible in the wallet.
This means you won't see an additional balance reflected in your account, although you can use that credit to start trading.
📦 How does it work?
Dropea will allow you to confirm cash on delivery orders until the reservations reach approximately €300 .
Once that limit is exceeded, if you do not have enough funds in Available Funds for the wallet to continue generating reserves, a warning message will appear when you try to confirm new orders.
🚀 What to do if you reach the limit?
When this happens you will have two options:
- 💬 Contact the customer service team to request a temporary loan, which you will later have to repay.
- 💸 Make a money transfer to your wallet to continue operating normally.
⚠️ Important:
The initial credit of €300 can only be used to confirm cash on delivery (COD) orders .
If you wish to confirm paid orders and do not have sufficient funds in Available Funds , you will need to make a transfer to your wallet to cover the corresponding expenses.
